Auto-Renewal Terms

These Nanie Membership Auto-Renewal Terms (these "Terms") form an annex to the Nanie Membership Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Nanie Membership Terms, these Terms prevail. You must agree to these Terms to use the Nanie membership auto-renewal service.

1. The Nanie membership auto-renewal service (the "Service") is provided to members who want their membership to renew automatically, so that it does not lapse through oversight or for other reasons. Available auto-renewal billing periods include VIP Monthly, SVIP Monthly and others (as offered by Nanie), and you may choose the one you want.

2. By activating the Service, you authorize Nanie, within the 24 hours before your current auto-renewal term expires and after it expires, to instruct the payment channel to charge the fee for the next billing period to your own top-up account, the third-party payment account linked to your membership account, your bank card, the payment account linked to your App Store account or similar accounts (collectively, the "Account"), without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code or similar information.

If you activated the Service through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel the Service at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3. The Service requires that your membership account is linked to the Account and that the full amount can be charged to it. You bear the consequences of any renewal failure caused by insufficient balance, an abnormal Account or similar reasons. Unless you choose to cancel the Service, Nanie may continue to provide auto-renewal once your Account is back to normal and has sufficient balance (subject to the rules of each third-party payment channel). Once a charge succeeds, Nanie will restore your membership and the Service.

4. You acknowledge and agree that if you pay through a third-party payment channel, you are also bound by that third party's terms of service and rules.

5. The Service remains in effect from the day you activate it until you choose to cancel it. Nanie will send you an auto-renewal reminder, by in-app message or other means, five days before the renewal charge date. Please look out for it.

6. It is up to you whether to cancel the Service. If you do not cancel it, you agree that Nanie may attempt to charge renewal fees under these Terms, and once a charge succeeds, Nanie will extend your membership by the corresponding period. If the membership price changes at or before renewal, the price in effect at that time applies. If the price goes up, Nanie will notify you in advance and you may cancel the Service before you are charged; for subscriptions activated through the Apple App Store, Apple's rules apply. You understand and agree that Nanie will continue to charge the fee for the Service to your Account.

7. If you want to switch to a different auto-renewal plan after activating the Service, please cancel the Service first, then choose the plan you want and purchase the Service again.

8. You can cancel the Service as follows:

(1) Purchased with WeChat Pay or Alipay:

The steps may vary as the app is updated. You can also cancel directly in the WeChat or Alipay app, following the steps provided there.

(2) Purchased with an Apple ID:

On an iOS device, open Settings → tap your Apple ID name → tap Subscriptions → select Nanie and cancel the subscription; or open the App Store → tap your account picture in the top-right corner → tap Subscriptions → select Nanie and cancel the subscription. You can also manage your subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Important: Cancelling the Service does not affect membership benefits that have already been paid for and taken effect; your membership simply will not renew when the current term ends. Any renewal charge you authorized before cancelling remains valid, and Nanie will not refund fees charged under that authorization; you are responsible for them. For charges made through the Apple App Store, Apple's refund rules apply.

These Terms are published in Chinese and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Chinese version prevails.
