(广西源程序科技有限公司, the "Company") through the mobile application and website named "Nanie" (拿捏红单) that it lawfully owns and operates, including but not limited to core features such as match screening, match analysis and plans, and other features. The Nanie Terms of Service (this "Agreement") are the agreement between you and the Company concerning your registration for, login to and use of (collectively, "use") "Nanie" and its related services.

To provide you with better services, please read carefully and fully understand this Agreement before you start using "Nanie" and its related services, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, the terms on licensing of rights and use of information, the terms on consenting to and using special individual services, and the terms on governing law and dispute resolution. Important terms such as those exempting or limiting liability are highlighted in bold, and you should read them with particular care. If you are under 18, please read and fully understand this Agreement together with your legal guardian, and use "Nanie" and its related services only with your legal guardian's consent.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, we will not be able to provide you with the complete products and services, and you may choose to stop using them. If you choose to agree to or use "Nanie" and its related services, you are deemed to have fully understood this Agreement and agree to be bound, as a party, by this Agreement and the other agreements and rules related to "Nanie" and its related services (including but not limited to the Nanie Privacy Policy).

2. "Nanie" and Its Related Services

2.1 To use "Nanie" and its related services, you can obtain the "Nanie" mobile application through pre-installation, download from third parties authorized by the Company or other means, or visit the official website at https://nanie.sourceprog.com. If you did not obtain the "Nanie" mobile application from the Company or a third party authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version will work properly, and the Company is not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result.

2.2 The Company may develop different versions of the application for different devices. You should obtain, download and install the version that suits your device. If you no longer use "Nanie" and its related services, you can uninstall the application yourself.

2.3 To improve the user experience and its services, the Company will update or change "Nanie" and its related services from time to time (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, feature enhancements, new services and software replacements). You can choose whether to update to the relevant version as needed.

2.4 Unless you have the Company's prior written authorization, you may not access or use "Nanie" and its related services without authorization in any form, including but not limited to adapting, copying, distributing, vertically searching, mirroring or trading them.

2.5 You understand that you need to prepare your own devices (such as computers and phones) to use "Nanie" and its related services. Once you open the "Nanie" client application on a device or visit the official website at https://nanie.sourceprog.com, you are deemed to be using "Nanie" and its related services. To use all the features of "Nanie", you may need to connect your device to the internet, and you understand that you are responsible for the related costs (such as data and internet charges).

2.6 The Company grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial right to lawfully use "Nanie" and its related services. All other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company, and you must obtain the Company's separate written permission before exercising them. The Company's failure to exercise any of these rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.

2.7 You need to register and log in to use the full features of "Nanie" and its related services. You also understand that, to help you use "Nanie" and its related services better and to keep your account secure, certain features and/or individual services (such as commenting) will require you to provide true identity information and complete real-name registration and login in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations before you can use them.

3. Account Services

3.1 "Nanie" and its related services provide a registration channel, and you may set a password that meets the security requirements. The username, email address and password a user registers, and the third-party account (such as Apple or WeChat) a user authorizes for login, are the credentials the user uses to log in to and use "Nanie" and its related services.

3.2 You understand and undertake that the account you set up must not violate national laws and regulations or the Company's relevant rules, that your account name, profile photo, bio and other registration and personal information must not contain illegal or harmful information, that you will not open an account in another person's name without their permission (including but not limited to by impersonating another person's name, title, trade name or profile photo, or in any other way likely to cause confusion), and that you will not maliciously register "Nanie" accounts (including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration). You must comply with relevant laws and regulations when registering and using your account, and must not do anything that harms national interests, damages the lawful rights and interests of other citizens or harms social morality. The Company has the right to review the information you submit.

3.3 Your account is for your personal use only. Without the Company's written consent, you may not give, lend, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use your account in any form. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the person who originally registered the account, the Company may, to keep the account secure, immediately suspend or stop providing services to that account, or delete the account.

3.4 You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and confidential, and you bear full legal responsibility for all activities carried out under your account, including but not limited to all legal liability that may arise from any data changes, statements or payments you make on "Nanie" and its related services. You should take the confidentiality of your account and password seriously and never disclose them to anyone. If you find that someone is using your account without permission, or any other security issue occurs, you should notify the Company immediately.

3.5 If you forget your password, you can reset it after verifying through your linked email address, or promptly submit a request to recover your password through the Company's appeal channel. You understand and accept that the Company's password recovery mechanism only checks whether the information in the appeal matches the information in the system, and cannot tell whether the person appealing is the account's true rightful user. The Company reminds you to keep your password safe and to log out securely after use. If your account is stolen or your password is lost because of improper safekeeping or other reasons attributable to you, or because of force majeure, you bear the corresponding responsibility yourself.

3.6 When registering, using and managing your account, you must ensure that the identity information you provide is true. Please use true, accurate, lawful and valid identity documents and necessary information when registering and managing your account. Under relevant national laws and regulations, to use some features of "Nanie" and its related services you need to provide true identity information; please complete real-name verification as required by law and keep this information up to date. If the materials or information you provide are inaccurate, untrue or unlawful, or the Company has reason to suspect that they are wrong, untrue or unlawful, the Company may refuse to provide the relevant features to you, and you may be unable to use "Nanie" and its related services or some features may be restricted.

3.7 After you complete registration and login for your "Nanie" account and reasonable and necessary identity verification, you can view and change the identity information you submitted at any time. You understand and agree that, for security and identification reasons (such as password recovery appeals), you may not be able to change the initial registration information and other verification information you provided at registration. You can also apply to delete your account. After completing reasonable and necessary verification, the Company will help you delete your account and, at your request, delete all information relating to your account, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise.

4. Protection of Users' Personal Information

The Company is committed, together with you, to protecting your personal information (that is, information that can identify a user on its own or in combination with other information). Protecting users' personal information is one of the Company's basic principles. When using "Nanie" and its related services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to your email address and device information) so that the Company can provide you with better services and technical support. The Company will protect your personal information using encryption, anonymization and other technical and security measures appropriate to "Nanie" and its related services. For more on how users' personal information is protected, please see the Nanie Privacy Policy.
